Responsibilities:
⦿ Support the project team in administrative and operational tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
⦿ Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
⦿ Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on action items.
⦿ Collaborate with team members to gather and organize project-related data and resources.
⦿ Monitor and report on basic project metrics, providing updates to the project team as required.
⦿ Aid in the identification of minor risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager as necessary.
⦿ Ensure that project-related files and records are accurately maintained and accessible.
⦿ Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
⦿ Participate in training sessions to develop an understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Requirements:
⦿ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or in the process of completion).
⦿ Up to 1 year of experience in project coordination, internship, or relevant entry-level roles is a plus.
⦿ Basic organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
⦿ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
⦿ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
⦿ Willingness to learn and grow in a project management environment.
⦿ Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
